Fundo's support agents help the Underwriting and Admin teams address application and customer service issues. Support agents are the first person that most of our customers will speak with during the application process and serve as the gatekeepers and "voice" of the company, as they handle all incoming calls in order to route them to the appropriate or provide customer service where they can.

These agents perform the following duties:
-Answer incoming calls
-Answer incoming chats
-Provide prospective customers with assistance completing their application
-Answer questions about our programs and offers
-Rescheduling customer payments
-Provide payoff quotes
The Ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:
-Advanced English communication skills in speaking and writing
-Excellent telephone etiquette
-Experience with office programs such as Excel, Skype, and ability to easily learn new programs and platforms
