Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handles client payments and payment modifications
  • Reviews and accepts offers received from negotiators keeping into account the client's payment plan
  • Finds efficient ways to distribute customers' funds to creditors and commissions received by the company
  • Creates affordable financial plans for clients
  • Collaborate with CSRs in order to resolve different issues that may arise during the program
  • Maintains monthly records of accepted offers and provide reports on them
