Tasks and Responsibilities
Knowledge and understanding of multiple departments’ Protocols, Guidelines, and Regulations.
Independently completes and shares complex audits and reviews upon Management request.
Works closely with management and provides feedback on employees.
Modifies Guidelines, Regulations, and Protocols upon request.
Offers assistance to Managers and team leaders when requested.
Creates reports and employee statistics.
Works on various projects and assists other departments upon request.
Call auditing and grading, keeping into account the company's quality criteria.
