Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of multiple departments’ Protocols, Guidelines, and Regulations.
  • Independently completes and shares complex audits and reviews upon Management request.
  • Works closely with management and provides feedback on employees.
  • Modifies Guidelines, Regulations, and Protocols upon request.
  • Offers assistance to Managers and team leaders when requested.
  • Creates reports and employee statistics.
  • Works on various projects and assists other departments upon request.
  • Call auditing and grading, keeping into account the company's quality criteria.
