Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients to ensure successful negotiation outcomes.
  • Establish clear objectives and strategies for each negotiation.
  • Reviewing and analyzing clients' documents in order to provide offers and counteroffers to private financiers.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations and advise on the best debt relief options.
  • Negotiate with creditors to reach mutually satisfactory agreements.
  • Monitors and track the progress of negotiations.
  • Review settlement agreements to ensure all details are correct.
  • Maintain records of all client interactions and negotiations.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on financial and debt management.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
