Job Description and Required Skills

The purpose of the job is to present and sell services to organizations and prospective clients. They make the first contact with potential clients, presenting the services, answering questions, qualifying them and then transferring them to a senior sales colleague.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients across the USA using dedicated tools to present the company’s services and qualify them.
  • Finding prospective clients and guiding them towards our services by answering their questions, learning about their situations and transferring them to a senior sales colleague
  • Filtering the received data to qualify prospective clients by assigning statuses to prospective clients to determine their eligibility
  • Provide accurate information about services and company policie
  • Use effective sales techniques and strategies to persuade customers
