Business Debt and US Debt – our clients are legal / natural persons who have debts to banks. As a third party, we evaluate the customer's debt and establish a monthly payment plan that consists of a deposit. In relation to the bank, we represent the client and negotiate his debts at a rate of 45%.
- Within this department there are a number of other sub-departments such as: underwriting (check potential customers before enrolling in the program, check the correctness of customer data, documents received, based on them approving or rejecting the customer), invoicing, sales, customer service, negotiation.
VOD – our clients are natural persons whose bank debts are sent to credit collectors. In collaboration with an American law firm, we represent the client for the purpose of debt relief.
The specific department in this case is the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). As representatives of the client we look for errors in the documents issued by the recoverers in order to cancel the debt. Since the latter are frequent, we solve the case amicably, the credit recoverers offering us monetary damages. Otherwise, the case can be disputed in court.
